Payment options · Colorado Springs

Let’s make the payment part clearer.

You don’t need to be a veteran or have an auto injury to come to Solvum. We welcome people looking for massage care, with cash pay, HSA cards, individual insurance checks and help working through other payment arrangements.

Paying for your own care

Cash pay. Your care, your choice.

You can arrange massage at Solvum without using VA benefits, an insurance plan or an injury claim. Ask about the current rate and visit length for the service you’re interested in.

We’ll explain the cost before you decide to book.

Health insurance

Let’s check your actual plan.

Have Blue Cross Blue Shield or another health insurance plan? Coverage depends on the individual plan. We check each one rather than assuming that an insurer’s name tells the whole story.

We’ll help check whether your plan can be used for care at Solvum and discuss any requirements and expected costs before your visit. A plan check is not a guarantee that an insurer will pay a claim.

Have an HSA card? We accept it.

Solvum Health accepts health savings account (HSA) cards for payment at our Colorado Springs clinic. Ask us about using your card when arranging your massage visit.

HSA funds must be used for qualified medical expenses. Check with your HSA administrator about whether your visit qualifies and any documentation you need.

Questions about MedPay?

We help auto injury patients explore medical payments coverage, often called MedPay. Tell us you’d like help with payment after an accident, and we’ll explain what information we need to check your options.

Availability and payment depend on your policy and the details of your care. We’ll talk those through with you.

Working with your attorney

Auto injury lien arrangements.

Solvum can work with auto injury lien arrangements. If you’re represented by an attorney, we can discuss the arrangement with them and review the details for your care.

Each arrangement is reviewed individually. We’ll explain the payment agreement and your responsibilities before care begins.

Massage care after an auto injury

Veteran care, with help getting started.

We have a special focus on supporting veterans through VA Community Care. No VA referral is needed to talk to us. We can help you understand the referral steps, share our clinic details with your VA team and work through authorization.

VA-covered treatment requires VA approval. If you prefer to pay for your own care, we can discuss self-pay options too.
