We work directly with a patient’s lawyer or doctor by phone or email to help coordinate massage care after a car accident.
Our team can discuss referral steps, appointment availability and payment arrangements. Where available, we aim to arrange payment through MedPay; other payment arrangements can be discussed directly with the patient’s attorney.

We review the authorization and discuss appointment timing and the patient’s ability to come to our clinic. Patients who contact us before speaking with their doctor can ask our team how to start the referral conversation with their VA care team.
